Set up and implemented accounting systems compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations as well as taxing authorities. Researched and implemented performance and accountability indicators to record progress toward established goals. Worked on development of advanced cost measurement systems, and was responsible for accountability to management, customers, and outside agencies.
